These terms apply when you use BetweenChats. By using the product you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and readable.
1.What BetweenChats does
BetweenChats reads a conversation export that you provide and produces summary insights about communication patterns. Processing happens in your browser. Features may change, expand or be withdrawn as the product develops.
2.Your responsibility for the content you upload
You confirm that you are a participant in any conversation you analyze, or that you otherwise have the right to use that content. Conversations usually involve more than one person; treat the other participants' privacy with the same care you expect for your own.
3.Acceptable use
- Do not use BetweenChats to surveil, profile or harass another person.
- Do not upload content you obtained without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
4.No professional advice
Insights are informational and reflective. They are not psychological, medical, legal or relationship advice, and they are not a diagnosis of any person or relationship.
5.Availability and accuracy
The service is provided “as is”. Message exports vary by device, language and app version, so results may be incomplete or approximate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
6.Intellectual property
The BetweenChats name, design and software belong to us. Your conversation content remains yours; we claim no rights over it and do not retain it.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetweenChats is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product or decisions you make based on its output.
